ABOUTUS
Mariposa Trails' name refers to the delicate experience of migration from the Monarch butterflies, the journey of transformation and the legend from Meso America whereby the butterfly is connected to the soul and carries people's sacred secrets to the creator.
MariposaTrails participates in the Salisbury Suicide Prevention Network in South Australia.

5 ways to wellbeing through music therapy
Mariposa Trails and Music Therapy is fun, interactive, everyone has the opportunity to connect, be active, learn and participate in making music and learning rhythms while participating in health promotion.
Research from around the world shows that you can improve your well-being and happiness by doing 5 simple things as part of your day: connecting, being active, continuing to learn, being aware, and helping others.
