ABOUT US

The name Mariposa Trails refers to the experience of the Monarch butterfly migration, the journey of transformation, and the Mesoamerican legend that the butterfly is connected to the soul and carries people's sacred secrets back to their Creator. (This project is dedicated to social health and suicide prevention.)

5 ways to wellbeing through music therapy

Mariposa Trails and Music Therapy is fun, interactive, everyone has the opportunity to connect, be active, learn and participate in making music and learning rhythms while participating in health promotion.

We deliver the 5 ways through various forms using connection through cultural expression.

Practice the 5 ways through our lively, vibrant and rhythmic journey through the Mariposa Trails social health project involving games from Latin American and our collaboration with esteemed musician and artists like Diana Rodriguez  Mendez, Jorge Gualdron and Bortier Okoe from African Soul.
